In order to fulfill high demand of drinking water, the client as a leader in this business planned to develop new production site at Tanggamus Lampung - Sumatera. This new production site will be Greenfield project, with new concept of factory design. Therefore we need consultant that can give us added value on the factory lay-out & design.
OBJECTIVE
The objective of consultant in this Greenfield project is to provide service for Civil Design & Engineering, M/E Design & Engineering and Tender services. The project will be divided with 2 phase, the 1st phase to be started on 2012 and the 2nd phase of this project will be carried out on 2014 at the fastest but some of the facilities will be prepared on the first phase.
SCOPE OF WORKS
- Civil, provide detail design & engineering for:
o Plant Lay-out, building architecture - design & Structure calculation
o Detail Bill of Quantity (BoQ) with cost estimation.
- M/E, Provide detail design & engineering
o Office & Plant (lamp, hydrant & sprinklers, network, telephone, AHU, Industrial water)
o Plant Utility
Electrical, Trafo, Genset, fire alarm, LVMDP, SDB and Cable feeder to the machine (PLN station up to end load)
Mechanical, High pressure air compressor piping, low compressor pressure piping, chiller, processing/Water treatment and HVAC for production room
o Detail bill of quantity (BQ) with cost estimation.
- Tender services o Provide tender advise on procedure, pre qualification, contractual arrangement
o Prepared tender document, tender estimate and tender report
o Do tender clarification and tender award (including contract).
PROJECT SITE
The project site is located at Tanggamus Lampung - Sumatera. The location is green fields with estimated size is about 70,000 m2 land and 7,000 m2 building.
