The client's company is a top ten Paint production in the world market. This project are conceptual design for Car Refinishes paint factory which is one of paint type produce by the client. Increasing production capacity become 15,000 Kl / year become the future target for the client (ANCRI). To achieve the target, ANCRI had appointed us to start conceptual design. The target are to get information of budget Investment (+/- 20 %) also the engineering design of the New plan. The basic idea of the project is to relocated existing factory (Pulo Gadung) to the new area at Jababeka Industrial Estate. Since the existing factory are not enough to enlarge the facility. The new plant shall design to fit the production of 15,000 Kl paint per year. All the equipment from existing factory will be relocated to the new plant.

3. Distribution Center, Bonded warehouse, Battery charging and DC office building

10. Guard house & custom office building
11. Pump House and under ground water tank building
12. Weighing bridge
13. Genset, transformer and sub station building
14. Motorcycle & car parking shelter
15. Smoking area
